Traci Holian was the Spring 2012 a law clerk at ARC Law Group, a law firm focused on counseling Creative, Talented and Entrepreneurial clients. Traci has extensive training in copyright and trademark law and worked closely with partners Mark A. Pearson and Jeff Farr as the primary clerk on issues related to business development, intellectual property infringement and publicity rights licensing. Her desire to facilitate the creative process through the law is evident in Traci’s writing and podcasting for the firm’s Business, Entertainment, Sports & Technology (B.E.S.T.) Blog.
Starting out as a student of performing arts at UC Berkeley, Traci just finished her final year at Santa Clara University School of Law (Class of 2012) concentrating her legal studies in entertainment, intellectual property and new media. Traci is a mock trial competition finalist, editor of the international law journal, and wrote an article on international copyright infringement as it relates to music sampling.
